Property Application
To apply for one of Streets Ahead Properties, an application form must be filled out and sent back to the office along with your application fee. This fee reserves the property and covers administration costs.

Every occupier over the age of 18 must complete and sign a separate application form.

Acceptance of an application form and fee does not constitute an offer of a tenancy, this will be subject to references, clients consent and subject to contract.

The first payment of rent must be in cleared funds i.e. bankers draft or cash. No exceptions.

Unfortunately we do not accept Housing Benefit/DSS.

Some Landlords place restrictions on their property ie, no smokers or pets. Please double check before you book an appointment.

All rents on this list are based on per calendar month basis. These do not include any utility bills (water rates, council tax, gas or electricity) unless otherwise stated.

These administration fees are non refundable if you decide to go elsewhere. If you intend to stay longer than your original tenancy agreement, you will not incur any other fee for re-signing.
